Perfect Pads Co. ™ guarantees all products against defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or one of your customers returns one of our products to you, please contact us for credit or replacement instructions.

Shipping:
Merchandise is shipped from North Carolina via USPS or UPS. Please anticipate an increase in order-to-shipping time during the holiday season. Orders are shipped in 2-3 weeks. Time varies depending on size of the order, smaller orders will ship faster.

General Terms:
Initial orders will have a minimum order amount and are prepaid on Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover via Paypal or mailed company check. A charge of $30.00 will be applied for checks returned for insufficient funds.
